Body-Based Meditation Classes: Saturdays @ Moving Spirit!

Explore the Body-Mind Connection!
Learning to feel and interpret the sensations deep within our own bodies as we move is an invaluable skill. Somatic awareness can improve our ability to master physical skills, help us to heal from injury and illness, and can take us a long way toward understanding ourselves and how we interact with the world! But developing great body-awareness takes practice!

With a desire to support you in making a deeper body-mind connection, Moving Spirit invites you to a new Body-Based meditation class we're introducing at the studio this fall. Drop into the studio on Saturday mornings for a one-hour session of quiet sensory awareness building exercises and gently guided body-based meditation. Don't miss this opportunity to reconnect with yourself and how you live in your body!
