CONDITIONING:
Moving Spirit offers ongoing classes in functional exercise & Pilates at our studio in North Vancouver.  The movement programs we create evolve from our belief that fluid, balanced movement comes from awareness and attention to the whole body and its fluid web of inter-connected systems.

EDUCATION:
Moving Spirit enjoys a connection to a wide community of professional health and movement practitioners and performing artists. We facilitate workshops in integrated and holistic movement for practitioners in a wide spectrum of fields including: fitness, sport, dance, theatre, healthcare and alternative movement. If you have an interest in exploring the dynamic relationships that exist in moving bodies - we have something for you!

Our approach engages the whole body and involves a unique integration of leading edge science, holistic health practices, and artistic and creative sensibilities. We go beyond fitness and classical techniques to support people in finding an embodied experience – creating highly personal, lasting and often transformative results.
