Moving Spirit is dedicated to the dynamic exploration of the heart, soul and science of movement.  It is a place where fitness meets flow and creativity and physicality find their true home in the body. 

Our mission is to support the development of healthy, moving bodies through a fusion of clinical, functional, creative and artistic practices. CONDITIONING:
Moving Spirit offers ongoing classes in functional exercise & Pilates at our studio in North Vancouver, BC.  Our movement programs evolve from an understanding that fluid, balanced movement comes from awareness and attention to the whole body and its fluid web of inter-connected systems.

Bring awareness to your postural and movement patterns, strengthen your body's centre and find freedom in your movement. At Moving Spirit, the workout is only part of the process. We offer you the means to find ease and to open up new potential for strength, length, motion and mastery - however you choose to move. Love the body you live in!

EDUCATION:
We want to share our vision with you! Through our Professional Workshop Series we offer continuing education for practitioners in fields such as fitness, sport, dance, theatre, healthcare and alternative movement. We also offer Community workshops for movement enthusiasts of all stripes. If you have an interest in exploring the dynamic relationships that exist in moving bodies - we have something for you!
